Energy project development

NorthStar

Turning land into community and utility-scale power projects.

North Star International

The land is where every energy project becomes real.

We evaluate the site, structure the land agreement, run the studies and engineering, secure permits and utility interconnection, then hand the completed project to EPC contractors for construction.

How the work moves

Every stage earns the next.

  1. 01

    Evaluate the land

Work starts with a precise evaluation of the site's potential for solar, wind, gas, or geothermal generation.

  2. 02

    Lease or purchase

Once a location is validated, we work with the landowner on either a lease or a sale of the land.

  3. 03

    Studies and engineering

We run title searches, environmental studies, ALTA surveys, and generation systems engineering.

  4. 04

    Utilities and permitting

Power supply, grid interconnection, county approvals, and state permitting move forward together.

  5. 05

    Handoff to construction

Completed projects are turned over to EPC contractors for construction.
